Scammers sometimes pretend to be customer support for payment apps. They message you, sound helpful, then ask for a code or your PIN. With it, they can take over your account or move your money.
The rule to remember
SnappyPay will never ask for your OTP, PIN or password. Not on WhatsApp, not on a call, not by email, not on social media. Anyone who asks is not SnappyPay.

- They send a link asking you to log in or “verify” your account
